Introduction to Fundraising Workshop Scheduled at Harvard Catholic Center
Introduction to Fundraising will be presented June 15 at the Harvard Catholic Center from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Introduction to Fundraising is a one-day interactive workshop is designed for those new to fund development and seeking to expand their mission impact by learning more about fundraising. Designed for parish, school and ministry staff or volunteers, participants will learn the basic elements and skills needed to implement a sustainable fund development program.
Co-presenters, Peter de Keratry and Mary Macuga, will cover topics such as:
• Financial Stewardship for ministry
• Fundraising and Development: What is the Difference?
• Communications, Mail Appeals and eGiving
• Ask and You Shall Receive: How to Ask for Major Gifts
