Visioning Retreats and Strategic Planning
Petrus conducts Visioning Day Retreats for volunteers and staff to determine short term and long term goals and strategies for fulfilling the mission of the organization and identifying organizational needs. Organizational Impact Plans are also offered for Petrus clients during the second year of service.
