Mary Macuga

Mary serves as a Petrus consultant for Catholic campus ministry centers across the country and currently works with the Catholic Community at Stanford.

Mary has served as the Director of Development at the All Saints Catholic Newman Center at Arizona State University since 1997, where she led a successful campaign to raise $6 million to build a new chapel, adoration chapel, social center and student center.

Mary’s development experience includes organizational strategic planning, creating and implementing an annual fund plan and a major gifts program, strengthening relationships with the university, producing professional communication materials, capital campaigns, public relations and coordinating special events. During her tenure, the Newman Center staff has tripled in size and the annual budget has increased from $125,000 to $1 million annually.
She has served on the Development Committee and Finance Committee for the Catholic Campus Ministry Association.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Business at Arizona State University and a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
